My interaction with DY for the first time was in Delhi when we met through a common acquaintance in hospitality. My dream to build and own a hotel seemed only a remote possibility until I met this "Hurricane from Haryana".
Not only did DY instil confidence in me but also stood by my side through out the project and beyond - solid like the Gibraltar rock.
His knowledge in hospitality right from the drawing up of plans, laying the foundation to the inauguration of the hotel is simply unparalleled. When it comes to building a Hotel or anything related to hospitality for that matter, DY can be summarised as a one-stop shop.
His attention to detail in each and every aspect of the project is simply praiseworthy. DY Hospitality has some excellent technicians who take pride in working as a team and delivering a quality product.
I was particularly impressed by his honesty and integrity, always keeping the clients interests before any personal gains.

DY travelled to China, Bali and also came all the way to Australia to select and negotiate products that would add to the beauty of the project.
I can comment without any reservations that his passion for his work is adorable.
I signed up DY to build a hotel and what I have gained at the end of the project is a true friend, a supportive brother and a trust worthy guide who will always be there to show the right path. DY is now part of my family.
The hotel that he has built is a masterpiece, standing magnificently in the lap of nature tucked away in the natural beauty of the Western ghats in Belagavi, a beautiful town in Karnataka. This creation is entirely DY's Vision which he believed in right from the very beginning.

Dharmendra is an exemplary professional who has shown utmost creativity and brilliance in designing Ramada, Dehradun. Since, the construction was taking place on an old building, it was not an easy feat and he managed to solve the many structural problems with ease. He is a en easy going and a passionate architect who truly thinks out of the box!
